An Audit Partner in National and International Public Accountancy practices for 30 years. Ross has lectured the Professional Auditing paper at the University of Otago for 20 years. Audit experience includes working on the largest Public listed companies in New Zealand and auditing in the United Kingdom, Yugoslavia, Bermuda, and Australia.

Ross has experience in auditing the Public Sector, having been seconded to perform the duties of the Director of Audit for the Republic of Nauru. Experience in Corporate Governance has been both as a Company director chairing an audit committee and as both statutory and internal auditor reporting to an audit committee.

Having three daughters who have left home and seem to travel a lot around the world, Ross' spare time is spent with his wife on a 5 acre hobby orchard in Central Otago.
